A broker showed me his phone, and it explained everything.

He had eleven live enquiries and no idea which one was real. So he called all of them, every second day, and annoyed nine. The scroll was identical in every chat: sixteen compressed photos, a PDF nobody opens, a voice note, then silence. Two ticks and a guess.

The information he needed most — who actually wants this apartment — was the one thing none of his tools would tell him.

Every other sales job solved this a decade ago. Send a proposal and you know when it was opened and how long someone sat on the pricing page. Real estate, where the deal is the largest one most families ever make, was still running on forwarded images.

A serious buyer already behaves differently. It just happens inside WhatsApp, where nobody can see it.

They come back at night. They open the floor plan twice. They send it to someone else. Four minutes where everyone else spends twenty seconds. Move the listing onto a page you control and that behaviour becomes visible — that is the whole product. We did not need to predict anything. We needed to stop throwing the signal away.

Why property, first

Because the stakes per lead are enormous and the tooling is the worst of any high-value sale. One extra closed deal a quarter pays for a decade of software. And because an agent's entire business runs off a phone — anything needing a desktop and training was never going to get used.

What we believe

Anything that does not lead to a better phone call is decoration, and we leave it out. That is why there is no pipeline view, no lead score without an explanation, and no dashboard that needs a laptop.

We are early. Small team, paperwork still in progress, and the first agents using ShowFlo are people we speak to every week. If you want it to fit how you actually work, this is the moment to say so.

What we left out
CRM pipelines nobody fills in. Lead scores with no reason attached. Dashboards that need a laptop.
Next
Shared inventory for small offices, buyer shortlists, honest post-visit follow-up. Nothing ships unless it changes a call.
Presentation earns attention.
Attention is worth measuring.
And it has to end in one call.

If this sounds like your week, we would like to hear about it.
