Terms of Service

Early access is granted to a limited set of design partners under an agreement issued directly at acceptance. That agreement governs usage rights, confidentiality, and any commitments made during onboarding — these terms describe the program, they don't replace it.

ShowFlo is free to use during early access. We don't collect payment or card details, and nothing is billed or charged. If that changes in the future, we'll tell you before it applies to your account — never automatically.

• Use ShowFlo only for legitimate property marketing and communication with buyers and prospects.
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the product.
• Don't upload property content, photos, or documents you don't have the rights to share.
• Don't use ShowFlo to publish listings or content that are fraudulent, illegal, or infringe someone else's rights.

Standard Terms of Service publish alongside general availability and will apply to every account from that point forward. We'll notify design partners before they take effect.
